What should I bring to the session?

Your coaching dashboard will tell you exactly what to send. I review your materials ahead of time and build an agenda so we can dive right in. If you're not sure where to start, we'll figure it out together in the first few minutes.

Can I pivot our focus if something urgent comes up?

Absolutely. If a surprise interview request lands or an offer comes in, we'll shift gears and focus on that. The goal is to tackle your highest-priority problem, not stick to a rigid script.

Do you help with offer negotiation?

Yes, and this is one of my favorite parts of the work. You'll get specific language for numbers, titles, leveling, and timing, and we'll practice the conversation so you feel confident asking for what you're worth.

Will this work if I'm coming from academia?

Definitely. Industry speaks a different language, and I'll be your translator. We'll map your research and teaching experience to business outcomes and show hiring teams exactly why you're the right fit.

What if I need to reschedule?

Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email and pick a new time. If something truly last-minute comes up, you get one free pass. After that, I'll need to charge for the session since I've already prepped and blocked that time.
